He believes outdoor spaces should do more than look good—they should improve the way you live. Each design takes into account both the property and the people who use it, creating spaces that feel like a natural extension of the home.

Living in a multi-generational household, Chad brings an understanding of how different needs and stages of life come together in one space. That insight shows up in thoughtful, functional designs built for real life.

Joe Dover

After founding a successful landscape company in the 1990s, Joe went on to co-found one of Atlanta’s most respected luxury pool companies. By combining his multi-faceted design expertise with a commitment to excellence, he helped elevate the company to new heights, serving a wide range of residential and estate clients.

Today, Joe has stepped away from the build side to focus fully on his true passion: pool design and advocating for homeowners. His keen eye for site planning and design has been shaped by decades of experience in project management and construction coordination.

Over the years, Joe has built strong relationships with respected builders, real estate professionals, and contractors. Alongside co-founder Rip Hooker, he has assembled a trusted team dedicated to bringing his visionary designs to life.

Rip Hooker

Rip Hooker is an accomplished outdoor living designer specializing in swimming pool design and construction. A graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Landscape Architecture, Rip takes a holistic approach to every project—ensuring each element of a property works together seamlessly.

His expertise spans pool design, construction management, and project oversight, allowing him to guide projects from concept through completion with precision and care.

Rip has a genuine passion for creating outdoor spaces that clients can truly enjoy. Known for his curiosity and willingness to push creative boundaries, he consistently delivers thoughtful, well-executed designs. His portfolio reflects a diverse range of projects that blend cohesive landscapes, functional outdoor living spaces, and striking pool designs—each tailored to his clients’ unique vision and lifestyle.

Haleigh Dover

Haleigh plays a key role in bringing each project to life. For the past seven years, she has specialized in creating detailed 3D designs and graphics that allow clients to fully visualize their space before it’s built.

Her attention to detail is evident in every project she touches. Beyond 3D design, Haleigh brings strong expertise in site planning and permitting—ensuring that each design is not only visually compelling but also practical and executable.

Noah Dover

With 10 years of experience in the pool industry, Noah is an essential part of the company’s growth and success. He brings a unique combination of hands-on construction knowledge and advanced design expertise.

Noah began his career working in the field, building pools and outdoor living spaces. This experience gave him a deep understanding of the construction process, which now informs his work as a designer. As he transitioned into 3D design, his natural talent and technical skill quickly set him apart.

Working alongside his wife, Haleigh, Noah also contributes to site planning and permitting. His practical experience, design ability, and attention to detail make him a valuable member of the team.

Josh Dover

Josh, a graduate of Georgia State University, is an integral part of the Dover Living team. With over 14 years of experience designing pools and outdoor living spaces, he brings both creative vision and a deep understanding of the construction process.

As one of the leading designers in the Atlanta area, Josh is sought after by clients looking for more than just a pool. As he puts it, “It’s not just about building a pool—it’s about creating a change in lifestyle.”

Josh is known for taking the time to truly understand his clients and remaining involved throughout every phase of the project. His goal is simple: to create designs that genuinely enhance the way his clients live.
